Alberta Organ and Tissue Donor Registry

Since its implementation in 2014, the AOTDR has successfully registered 400,000 Albertans to help donate organs to save and improve the lives of fellow Albertans.

You can register to be in organ donor in two ways;

1. Online by visiting ultimategiftalberta.ca

2. In person at the Registry with your Alberta Health Care card.
